The Journey with Ron Moore

For all of us, it is only by God’s grace that we have been washed, sanctified, and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Success can lock you into pride and pride always sits on the top of a very slippery slope.

Many believers think that as long as they are obeying God in the “big” stuff, all is well. But God calls for obedience even in the details.

Sometimes freedom can become bondage.  A legal “right” can be very wrong and the highly valued can be callously discarded. Ron Moore and special guest Brian Fisher are here to examine those spiritual inconsistencies as they relate to the sin of abortion.

Today many live in a darkened world, leading lives of fear, confusion, discontentment, and despair. Searching for meaning and significance in all the wrong places. Occupying themselves with busy days. Losing sleep over things that matter little. Losing time over things that matter most.

Jesus was not a victim. He did not find Himself at the wrong place at the wrong time. He was not a casualty at the hands of the religious leaders or Roman authorities. Jesus went to the cross on His own accord and for a purpose. The penalty of sin is death. Jesus took this punishment on our behalf. He bore our sins in His body on the cross. He died so we could live.

The Holy Spirit should not be misunderstood. He is God, our Advocate who is with us and in us. He comes to prove the world wrong about man’s sinful nature, what it means to be right in God’s eyes, and the judgment that will come. He convicts our hearts, brings believers to God, and keeps us on track with the Father. He should not be misrepresented or forgotten.

Mark 12:28-31 One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?” “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God,… Continue Reading…
