The Journey with Ron Moore

Allow God to speak to you about the relationship you have with your children.

In distressing times, knowing who you are, and whose you are, is vital to navigating the stormy seas of life. In this half-hour, Ron Moore is joined by Dave DiDonato to team-teach what the Bible says about the key identifiers of the stable Christian voyage.

We’re sailing through confusing times. We’re tossed between wind and water…struggling to get our bearings. So, before we’re dragged onto spiritually dangerous shoals there’s something we must do. Today, Ron Moore offers that “something” and shows you where to find it.

How do you live a victorious life for God during challenging times, on rough terrain? Well on today’s broadcast, we interrupt our Revelation series as Ron Moore welcomes Men’s Pastor Tunch Ilkin to talk about following hard after Jesus when the path itself is hard.

The author, probably Jeremiah, understands that Babylon was used merely as a human instrument of God’s judgment. Yet through his laments, he wrestles with the ways of God.

There will be times when the path seems dark. But these are the times God uses to ask us a question, “Can you trust Me?” Can you?

Spiritual discipline is not self-sufficiency. It is the wisdom to latch on to the Source, be filled with His strength, and be controlled by His Spirit.

One of these days people who just hang around will not be enough; you’re going to need someone to stick close. That day is coming. Better find that friend now.

His mercies are new every morning. It’s time to sing a new song!

The man after God’s own heart knew his share of difficult times. David experienced disappointment and discouragement firsthand. He wrote of his hard times openly and often in the psalms. But David also knew that God never wastes our time.
