The Journey with Ron Moore

Sometimes temptation seduces you. Its attractive exterior appears to be the thing you’re looking for. It may even seem the way to a Godly goal. And once you’ve seen it you struggle to pass it up. Ron Moore tells the story of Satan’s subtle temptations of Christ. He finds there,… Continue Reading…

In western culture, they’ve been portrayed as larger than life…and a myth. But while they’ll be all too real, they’re certainly no match for the One who is Life Himself. Today, Ron Moore introduces us to the Man of Sin and his religious assistant.

An angel of light, a great red-dragon, handsome and loathsome, cunning and foolish. Satan is all these things…and he wants to be your god. But as Ron Moore is about to share, this mighty pretender to Heaven’s throne is no match for the King of Kings. Today you’ll see that… Continue Reading…

Because of Jesus, we stand before God forgiven and restored. And Satan, the accuser, is sent on his way.

We are no match for Satan and his sinister schemes. But remember your “birthmark!” You belong to the One who has already defeated the enemy and his most potent weapon . . . death. You can say confidently with the psalmist, “In the Lord I take refuge.” That’s the beauty of our “birthmark.”

Actually God did for us what we could not do for ourselves. He sent his Son to pay sin’s penalty by his death on the cross.

Why would a man who claimed to be God’s Son remain silent before human authorities? How could one who resisted the temptations of Satan submit to the torment of soldiers? How could a man speak with such power and now refuse to register a defense? Why would a man who walked on water march to His death without a fight? How could a man who raised the dead…die?

Mark 14:17-21 When evening came, Jesus arrived with the Twelve. While they were reclining at the table eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me—one who is eating with me.” They were saddened, and one by one they said to him, “Surely you don’t mean… Continue Reading…

John 8:44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar… Continue Reading…
