The Journey with Ron Moore

Ask and He promises to answer you. Seek and He promises you will find exactly what you need. Knock and He promises the right doors will open. Pray boldly!

We can fill our hearts with fear convincing ourselves that Jesus doesn’t care. Or we can trust Him to calm the storm or calm us in the storm. I know it’s easier said than done, but those are our choices – fear or faith. It’s an easy answer; it’s a hard application. Let’s pray for His help.

God knew that the answer to Job’s questions was not “Why?” but “Who?” When we understand that the “Who?” behind all our life is God, that knowledge translates into trust.

Christian, you are sinful…and you are righteous. The question is: which of those identities define your daily behavior? Your answer will indicate your actual identity. In this half-hour, Ron Moore warns of the difference so you can be sure you have true, saving faith.

Thank Him for His past answers. Thank Him for all His future promises. And then from the depth of your being, make this declaration, “Sovereign Lord, you are God!” Don’t ask God to change His answer; ask Him to change your heart.

The fact is that we are not going to get out of this life alive. One day, all too soon, we will be gone. When our children leave our grave and walk to their cars, will they do so in the power of the Spirit or with meaningless religious remnants?

Who are you? What does it mean to be in Christ? And what do you need to be the person God created you to be? Today on the program Ron Moore looks at those questions, and from the book of Hebrews, provides a livable answer.

Matthew 25:21 His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!” In order to explain the kingdom of heaven (God’s rule in the hearts of His people),… Continue Reading…

Matthew 22:23-28 That same day the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to him with a question. “Teacher,” they said, “Moses told us that if a man dies without having children, his brother must marry the widow and raise up offspring for him. Now there were seven brothers… Continue Reading…
